Build better music. The DJ experience without the DJ. Let’s be honest. We have all been to a party/banquet/semi-formal with a horrible DJ. Why should you have to put up with that? The Social Playlist eliminates the DJ from the equation. With the Social Playlist, event organizers can set up a group where party members can request and vote on songs in live time. More votes = your song being played. Curate your music for a better night of dancing!

Hi there, I’m Keshav and I want to talk to you about building better music. Look, we have all been there, whether it’s a party, banquet, or semi-formal it's a place where a DJ comes in and starts playing music. And no one is really enjoying it, but what can you do? You don’t have the say in the music, you don’t have the say in what other people like, and you don’t have a say to control the actual music experience. But what if there is a better way, meet The Social Playlist - building better music experiences and crowdsourcing your night. So, how does this all work? The first thing event organizers do (Target Market: Event Organizers, School Boards, and Businesses) is download our app on the App Store and register. Then they connect the streaming service of their choice up to the app and they are provided with a 5-digit “bash” code. They can provide this code to event attendees who can then use it in the app to vote and request the songs they want to hear. Our system automatically chooses the topmost songs voted and plays them next. It events fades in and fades out just like a real DJ would. So why me and what makes this so special? My expertise in building apps like this and deploying them is something that will allow us to grow quickly and bootstrap. In terms of the actual DJ industry, we have done something that hasn’t been done before and looking at the market we significantly undercut the competition. In fact, by 900%, our starting prices are significantly cheaper than DJs already. Event Attendees pay nothing! Event Organizers pay a simple flat rate fee per event! We can also offer features that DJs can’t - by including a setting that limits explicit content we have proceeded a new source of peace of mind for schools. At the end of the day, my goal is to make music more accessible and engaging while eliminating the financial burden for event organizers. Visit thesocialplaylist.com and help me by building better music.
